All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 2-4 business day

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.


3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to: England/United Kingdom

We currently do not ship to: Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Oceania & Polar. Regions, if applicable.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our carrier’s website.


5. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is accurate before placing an order.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within “30 days” of delivery with photos of the package and items.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement if necessary.
