• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
• Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 2-4 business day
• Please note that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.
3. Shipping Destinations
• We currently ship to: England/United Kingdom
• We currently do not ship to: Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, Oceania & Polar. Regions, if applicable.
4. Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our carrier’s website.
5. International Shipping
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
